Returns policy

Acskwa Digital Wholesale accepts eligible electronics returns when the order record, carton condition, and product status can be verified. Contact the order desk before sending any item back.

Return window

Most unopened products may be returned within 30 days of delivery. The return request must include the order number, product SKU, quantity, and reason for return.

Eligible condition

  • Products must be unused, complete, and in original retail packaging.
  • All accessories, manuals, retail sleeves, labels, and protective materials must be included.
  • Cartons must be packed securely to prevent damage during return transit.

Items with special limits

Opened earbuds, used chargers or cables, installed security cameras, and activated POS hardware may be accepted only when the issue is a covered defect or confirmed shipment error. Bulk orders, special carton labels, and closeout purchase terms may carry separate return limits stated on the order record.

Damaged or incorrect items

If an item arrives damaged or the shipment does not match the order, email orders@acskwa.com within 5 business days of delivery. Include clear photos of the carton, packaging, product label, and the affected item. Keep all packaging until the claim is reviewed.

Refunds and exchanges

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned products are received and reviewed. Exchanges may be offered when replacement stock is available. Original shipping charges may be nonrefundable unless the return is caused by a fulfillment error or covered carrier claim.
