Shipping policy

Acskwa Digital Wholesale ships retail-ready electronics orders from Unit 7, North Electronics Hub, Shenzhen to U.S. trade buyers. Our shipping process is built for carton clarity, carrier documentation, and predictable receiving.

Processing time

Orders are normally packed within 1 to 3 business days after payment authorization and order review. Higher-value hardware kits, mixed cartons, and orders requiring special carton labels may require an additional business day.

Shipping methods

  • Ground Trade Freight: standard electronics handling, typically 5 to 8 business days after dispatch.
  • Two-Day Stockroom: expedited U.S. carrier handoff for time-sensitive restock orders.
  • Priority Electronics Courier: priority handling for urgent receiving windows and higher-value hardware kits.

Delivery addresses

Buyers are responsible for entering a complete business or residential receiving address. Include suite, dock, building, or receiving-hour details in the delivery notes during checkout. Acskwa Digital Wholesale is not responsible for delays caused by incomplete address details or carrier access limits.

Duties, taxes, and carrier requirements

Taxes are estimated during checkout. Import duties, brokerage fees, and carrier requirements may vary by destination and order contents. When a carrier requests buyer action for delivery or customs clearance, the buyer is responsible for responding promptly.

Lost or damaged shipments

Report missing or damaged cartons to orders@acskwa.com within 5 business days of delivery or expected delivery. Include the order number, carrier notice, photos of the carton condition, and a list of affected products. We will review the shipment record and coordinate the appropriate next step.
