What buyers ask first.
Does ACS sell to the public?
No. ACS LLC is a trade-only wholesaler. We supply lighting retailers, electrical distributors, contractors, and property and facility organizations. Resale or trade credentials are confirmed when an account is opened.
What are the order minimums?
Opening orders start at one pallet or $2,500, whichever you reach first — and mixing SKUs on a pallet is fine. Once your account is established, reorders ship in carton multiples with no dollar minimum.
Are the fixtures listed and rebate-eligible?
Every fixture we stock carries UL or ETL listing. The majority of our commercial, industrial, and outdoor lines are DLC-qualified, which makes them eligible for most utility rebate programs. Listing and qualification documentation ships with every quote, so your submittal package is complete on day one.
How fast do orders ship?
In-stock orders confirmed by 2 PM Eastern ship within one to three business days — most leave next day. We route LTL, FTL, or parcel depending on the order, and tracking goes out the moment the carrier scans the pallet. Container and private-label programs run 45 to 60 days from approved specification.
What about warranty and returns?
Commercial and industrial LED lines carry a five-year manufacturer warranty that ACS administers on your behalf — you make one call to us, and we handle the factory. Freight damage reported within five business days of receipt is replaced or credited in full. Full details are in our terms of sale.
