OK-004A solid little bear in rust wool, built heavier than it looks — the studio's most-hugged shape.

OK-006A round teal bird with folded felt wings and an embroidered crest — newest on the bench.
COMMISSION — A matched family set
// 02 Commissions
Most of what leaves the studio is commissioned. People bring us a child's drawing, a beloved pet, a family in matching outfits, a character from a bedtime story they made up — and we build it as a real, lasting doll.
Every commission follows the same path: a short brief, a build plan and quote, your sign-off, then the bench. You'll see the doll before it ships.
// 03 Studio & brand work
Because we build to a documented spec, a brand keepsake can be reordered next year and arrive identical. Here's how that work tends to go.
/ 01
We translate a logo, palette or character into a pattern, named materials and a sample you approve.
/ 02
The approved sample becomes the master. Each unit is built to it, numbered and quality-checked against the spec.
/ 03
The build log means a second run a year later matches the first — same form, same colors, same feel.
// NEXT Make it yours
Tell us which character speaks to you, or describe the one that doesn't exist yet. We'll send a build plan and a quote.
